Madison offers downtown living, just steps away from the gorgeous Capitol Building (famously modeled after our Nation’s Capitol), boutique shopping on State Street, and countless restaurants of every style to satisfy even the most adventurous food-lover. The cultural scene is alive and well in Madison, as we boast numerous venues for live music, theater, and art. Madison is nestled between Lake Mendota and Lake Monona, so the city offers an abundance of water activities, and gorgeous lake views. Just slightly outside of the downtown area, you will find some of the loveliest residential neighborhoods in the state.
