Get to know Ryan Koch
Hello, and thanks for visiting Ryan Koch Homes! Since 2004, I have consistently been a top Madison, Wisconsin area Realtor. My certifications include Licensed Associate, Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
Originally from Albany, New York, I am a graduate of The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and a long-time resident of the great city of Madison. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and taking advantage of all that Madison has to offer in the arts, dining out, athletic events, and year-round outdoor activities. In the summer, I can be found hiking or biking on Madison’s fantastic public trail system, and the winter takes me to our ski areas for snowboarding. I am a passionate amateur photographer, so you may see me around town capturing the beauty of our city through my lens. Some of my photos can be seen HERE, on my photography website. On the weekends I like to get outside with my big, friendly, 4 year old Doberman, Ollie. When my schedule allows, I travel to places near and far. I’ve recently taken trips to majestic Alaska, to Arizona for its desert landscapes and hiking trails, and to Utah for it’s unmatched mountain powder and gorgeous national parks. As a lover of music, I take opportunities to hear my favorite bands when they come to town, and of course I’m a huge Wisconsin football fan.
I care a great deal about my Madison community, and I volunteer locally as a board member at the University’s Carbone Cancer Center. I’ve recently extended my volunteer work internationally with a group called Healing Haiti. This wonderful humanitarian organization has allowed me the opportunity to give my time and financial support to the poorest and most devastated country in the Western Hemisphere. My work in Haiti has included delivering water and food to those in need, and volunteering in orphanages and elderly care centers.
Madison is an extraordinary place to call home. Whether you’re relocating to the area, searching for a new home to accommodate your growing needs, or moving on to a new city and new adventure, I hope to have the opportunity to get to know you and guide you through this important step in your life.
Cheers!
Ryan
